Your mission


We are a dynamic company in the field of e-commerce software that develops innovative solutions for our customers. In marketing, we attach great importance to data-driven decisions in order to understand and address our target groups in the best possible way. To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a working student (m/f/d) in marketing with a focus on data research, analysis and customer journey mapping.
Your tasks:

  • Data research: Researching and collecting relevant market and customer data to improve our database.
  • Danalysis: Support in the evaluation and analysis of marketing data to gain insights into customer behavior and market trends.
  • Data quality: Support in maintaining and improving data quality in our systems, including cleansing and optimizing existing data sets.
  • Customer journey mapping: Helping to create and visualize customer journeys to understand and optimize the customer experience at different touchpoints.
  • Process optimization: Identification of weak points in data processing and support in implementing more efficient processes.
  • Reporting: Creating and presenting reports and analysis to support the marketing team in making strategic decisions.

Your profile

  • Ongoing studies in business administration, marketing, business informatics, data science or a comparable field.
  • Initial practical experience in marketing or data analysis is an advantage.
  • Analytical thinking skills and an affinity for numbers and data.
  • Confident handling of Excel and ideally initial experience with analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Structured and independent way of working and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a team and enjoy collaborating in a dynamic environment.
